Influenced in his early works by Raphael, and creator of more than 6,000 paintings, Renoir gave more importance to the human figure than to the landscape. His works, enriched by a palette that was exclusive and unique to the artist, show us life in Paris at the time. His greatest masterpiece remains the Bal du Moulin de la Galette.
