| Résumé : | Although Taiwan is often hailed "the most LGBT-friendly country in Asia" and is both home to the biggest LGBT pride parade and the first country to embrace marriage equality in the region, LGBT people still face discrimination in Taiwan.
Queer Taiwan aims to build bridges of communication by exploring LGBT culture in Taiwan. We want to have candid, respectful conversations about topics many considered "taboo" in societies, especially in Asia.
In Queer Taiwan, we explored 4 topics :
- Marriage equality
- Drag culture
- Desire, disabilities & sex services
- Surrogacy |
